4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The bonus can be withdrawn after wagering 15 times the bonus amount.
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete wagering of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
4.2 Other Promotions
crickex pro offers various ongoing promotions, such as a weekly deposit festival (20% bonus, up to ৳5,000, 18x wagering), crickex pro Cricket Charge (30% bonus, up to ৳8,000, 20x wagering), Friday Slots Fun (25% bonus, up to ৳6,000, 22x wagering), Birthday Special Reward (up to ৳2,000, 15x wagering), and Refer a Friend Bonus (up to ৳3,000, 12x wagering).
4.3 Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.

- A bonus is never direct cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Betting odds and gaming results on crickex pro are determined through third-party providers. crickex pro reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical or data error.
If a cricket, football, or other sports match is cancelled or postponed, the general rules will apply to bets on that match — specific rules for each event can be found on the service page.
5.2 Multiple Accounts and Fraud
A user may not operate more than one account. If evidence of fraud, bot use, bonus abuse, or system manipulation is found, the relevant account will be closed immediately and funds held may be forfeited.
5.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules
- crickex pro will not be liable for any loss caused by delays or connection issues in live betting.
- If at least one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the remaining selections may be counted as a single bet.
- In the event of a tie or draw, bets will be settled according to the rules of the specific event.

6. VIP Programme and Cashback
The crickex pro VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
6.1 Weekly Cashback
Cashback is given at each tier based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings):
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Example: as a Gold member, if your net loss in a week is ৳20,000, you will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
6.2 Tier Changes

7. User Code of Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited when using the crickex pro platform:
- Threatening, harassing, or discriminating against other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the system or undermining its security.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Opening an account with a false identity or false information.
For any breach of these prohibitions, crickex pro may close the account without prior notice and reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities.
